Only Teams and Enterprise run on a 12-month commitment (that's what lets us promise the 4-hour SLA, dedicated onboarding, and CSM). If you pick annual billing on Starter or Growth, you get 20% off upfront — you can cancel anytime and you'll keep full access until the end of the paid year, but unused months aren't refunded.
